Tone is a Nagoya-based singer, songwriter, composer, and multi-instrumentalist originally from Ashiya, Hyogo, Japan.
She is affiliated with G-Governor Music and is one half of the production duo “G.T.One” alongside G-Conkarah.
Blending Reggae, Lovers Rock, and Trap, Tone creates genre-crossing music rooted in emotion and cultural influence. Her concept is to pursue sound that resonates beyond genre and borders.
She began her musical journey in a chorus club from elementary through high school, performing as a soprano. After further vocal training and band experience, she discovered reggae music in 2000, which became a turning point in her artistic direction.
Since then, she has performed in clubs and live venues while also supporting other artists as a harmony vocalist.
Her career highlights include participation in the compilation album “MASH UP” (2007) and the 15th anniversary globe project “Ragga globe -Beautiful Journey-” (2011), produced by Tetsuya Komuro, where she contributed to tracks such as “Is this love”, “Can’t Stop Fallin’ in Love”, and “Sweet Pain”.
Continuously evolving her sound, Tone is expanding into R&B and Afrobeats while building a global presence through digital releases and collaborations.

G-Governor Musicに所属し、G-Conkarahと共にプロデューシングデュオ「GT1」のメンバーとしても活動している。
Reggae、Lovers Rock、R&Bを軸に、ジャンルを越えて共鳴する音楽を追求。感情とカルチャーを融合させたサウンドで、国境を越えて響く音楽表現を目指している。
小学生から高校までコーラス部でソプラノを担当し、音楽の基礎を築く。
その後ボイストレーニングやバンド活動を経て、2000年にレゲエと出会い、クラブやライブハウスでの活動を開始。
同時にハーモニー担当として他アーティストのバックアップも務めるなど、幅広い現場で経験を積む。
これまでにコンピレーションアルバム『MASH UP』（2007年）や、小室哲哉プロデュースによるglobe15周年プロジェクト『Ragga globe -Beautiful Journey-』（2011年）に参加し、
「Is this love」「Can’t Stop Fallin’ in Love」「Sweet Pain」などの楽曲に携わる。
現在はR&BやAfrobeatsなど新たなスタイルも取り入れながら、デジタルリリースやコラボレーションを通じて、グローバルに活動を展開している。
