is an independent record label founded by producer, mix engineer, riddim builder and DJ G-Conkarah in January 2009.
The name “G-Governor” was personally given to G-Conkarah by the late great Sugar Minott during a dubplate recording session at the studio in Japan, and was later adopted as the label’s name.
Based in Nagoya, Japan, the label focuses primarily on reggae, dancehall, Afro fusion, hip-hop and R&B, while continuing to explore new sounds beyond genre boundaries.

偉大なる故シュガーマイノットがダブプレートセッション中にG-Conkarahに付与した「G-Governor」という名称が、後にレーベル名として採用された。
名古屋に拠点を置き、主にレゲエ、ダンスホール、アフロフュージョン、ヒップホップ、R&Bに注力し、ジャンルの枠を超えて新しいサウンドを探求し続けている。
